FAQ's

We have found the below are the most common questions our potential customers will ask. We hope these are helpful. Of course, we're all unique, so if you may have other questions, please reach out and we'll happily discuss with you.

HOW MANY PATIENTS DO YOU SERVE AT A TIME?

Your therapist is dedicated and assigned to you for your entire therapy time. We do not book multiple patients at the same time or hand you over to an assistant / aide.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS SHOULD I EXPECT?

After your initial assessment the therapist will be able to give you an indication of the expected number of sessions needed.

The benefit of having a whole hour with a physical therapist is that it enables more hands on treatment time - which results in fewer treatments needed and your goals achieved quicker.

Rest assured, it is our goal to get you healthy as quickly as possible and we continue to re-assess our treatment plans as you recover.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

Please contact us and we will be happy to talk to you about your particular situation.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE ?

We do not accept insurance as a method of payment. However, we will work with you to provide an invoice with the appropriate rehabilitation codes to enable you to submit to your insurer. We have a number of current patients using this method of ensuring a high quality rehabilitation service which is out of network.

You do not need a prescription to see a Physical Therapist however, you *MAY* need a prescription from a doctor, nurse practitioner or chiropractor in order to be reimbursed by your insurance. While we do not deal directly with your insurance company we will happily provide you with an invoice with appropriate insurance codes so you may claim treatment expenses.

If you are considering the use of insurance to help cover your rehabilitation expenses we recommend you check with your insurance provider that they accept treatment from an out of network therapist and your potential out of pocket expenses.
